Program member reporting

Program member reporting allows you to track your overall program growth, as well as gain insight into the demographic characteristics of your program members. Program member reporting helps you understand who is most interested in your brand.

Institution-level reporting

The Institution summaries report allows you to gain insight into which schools your program members are most likely to attend, as well as where your brand’s biggest addressable student marketing opportunities lie.

Content reporting

Content reporting provides insight into the performance of individual posts, so you can see which content is resonating best with your program members.

Offer engagement reporting

This section provides you with insight into how many members have revealed codes on a particular offer. You can see both new engagers and returning engagers broken down in this section.

• Total Engagements – Sum of all codes retrieved on an offer within the selected timeframe
• New Members (All-Time) – Sum of unique members that engaged with the partner’s offers for the first time through the specific offer for all time
• New Members – Sum of unique members that have engaged with the partner’s offers for the first time through the specific offer within the selected timeframe
• Returning – Sum of members that have engaged with the offer previously within the selected timeframe
