Our locations

We believe that work should enhance and complement your life, which is why we leave it up to you to decide where you work. 

You can choose to work from your assigned campus (London, Nottingham, New York or Sydney), or from home, whatever works best for your individual needs. Your manager may request you attend team meet-ups at your campus, but other than that, it’s your call.

We make it a priority to listen to our people through our quarterly engagement survey and smaller pulse surveys, focusing on gathering feedback from all areas of the business and developing strategies to address it.

Mental Health First Aiders 

During times of uncertainty and change, it can be challenging to look after our own mental health. At UNiDAYS, your wellbeing and mental health are our priority, so we have a group of dedicated Mental Health First Aiders for whenever you are in need of a supportive, non-judgmental conversation.

We currently have 14 MHFAs working across our offices and departments, all of whom have been trained by St John’s Ambulance, following guidance from MHFA England. They’re ready to offer guidance, as well as how and when to seek help and advice, should you need it.

The hiring process

How long does the interview process take?
Our interview process typically involves a number of stages designed to assess your skills and how well you align with the UNiDAYS culture and values. For some roles, a task may also be part of the process. We aim to complete the full interview process within a few weeks. However, timelines can occasionally be affected by interviewer availability or the time needed to complete tasks.
Can I request adjustments or accommodations for the interview process?
Absolutely. As a diverse and inclusive employer, UNiDAYS is committed to providing a comfortable and equitable interview experience. If you require any adjustments or accommodations at any stage of the process, we're here to ensure you can perform at your best. Just let us know!

Benefits & compensation

Is UNiDAYS competitive on salaries? 
Yes, we use up-to-date market data to ensure our salary offers are competitive for each role we hire. This data takes into account factors such as remote or hybrid working, company size, industry standards, UK location, and the level of responsibility involved in the role, including management duties where applicable.
Are benefits available from day one of employment? 
Most of our benefits are available from your first day. However, a few, such as private healthcare, begin after the successful completion of your probation period. We'll provide a clear breakdown of what's available and when during your onboarding process.

Working patterns & flexibility

Are you truly remote? Or is there an element of hybrid working? 
UNiDAYS is a remote-first employer. While we have office spaces in Nottingham and London, our team is based across the UK, and most roles can be carried out fully remotely. Any positions that require on-site presence will be clearly marked.

If you prefer a hybrid setup, that’s absolutely fine. We're happy to support what works best for you. We’re committed to promoting a healthy work-life balance and trust our team to work in a way that fits both their role and personal commitments.
What does ‘flexible’ working truly mean at UNiDAYS? 
At UNiDAYS, flexible working means supporting you in balancing your professional and personal responsibilities. Whether it’s adjusting your hours, working around school runs, or managing other commitments, we aim to offer the flexibility you need to do your best work. If you have a specific setup in mind, we encourage you to discuss it with us during the interview process. We're always open to exploring solutions that work for both you and the team.
Do you promote work-life balance? 
Yes. Promoting a healthy work-life balance is a core reason why UNiDAYS is a remote-first employer. We want our team to thrive both professionally and personally. That means supporting you to manage your responsibilities outside of work and live a fulfilling life without work getting in the way.
How do you ensure remote employees feel connected?
We know that connection matters, especially in a remote-first environment. While we have office spaces in Nottingham and London that employees can use as often as they like, we also create regular opportunities to bring the whole team together.

Throughout the year, we host in-person gatherings, such as our new financial year kick-off, summer socials, and Christmas celebrations. These events might include important company updates, guest speakers, or simply a chance to catch up and have fun together.

It’s all about creating meaningful moments both online and in person to strengthen our culture and keep everyone engaged, wherever they’re based.

Growth & culture

What is your parental leave policy, and is it flexible? 
After 12 months of employment, you’ll be eligible for our enhanced parental leave policy. This includes pay above the statutory rate for maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave. We aim to offer flexibility wherever possible to support you and your family during this important time.
How do you support diversity, equity and inclusion?

How does leadership handle employee feedback?  
At UNiDAYS, we take employee feedback seriously and use it to help shape our culture and ways of working. Our People Team run engagement surveys twice a year to track how people are feeling and identify areas for improvement. We also host regular Q&A sessions with our Senior Leadership Team, creating open forums for discussion and transparency. 

In addition, our CEO holds dedicated Office Hours where any employee can book time for a one-to-one conversation about anything on their mind. Every new hire also meets with the CEO during their onboarding, ensuring that feedback and connection start from day one.
