The following terms (“Verification Terms”) apply in conjunction with the Commercial Terms.
By agreeing to the Commercial Terms, insofar as permitted by applicable law:
- You agree that only UNiDAYS may provide student verification services on your site and you shall not yourself, nor through an affiliate or the use of a third-party provider other than UNiDAYS, create, provide, or engage in student verification services on your site; and
- If the agreed-upon Services include the provision of UNiDAYS’ student verification Services on your website,
- You shall ensure that your website contains a “call to action” encouraging students to take advantage of the Promotion by utilising Our student verification services on your website; and
- We shall grant to you during the term of the applicable Order, a royalty-free, revocable, non-exclusive, license within the territory to use agreed-upon marks in connection with promoting and marketing the Promotions on your website(s).
You warrant that at the time of entering into these Verification Terms, and throughout your use of Our Services, nothing in these Verification Terms, including your obligations hereunder, will infringe upon or cause you to be in breach of any legal or contractual obligations which you owe to any third party.
We may modify or update these Verification Terms from time to time, including to accurately reflect the access or uses of Our Platform and Services for business or commercial purposes, and so We encourage you to check regularly for any updates. By continuing any access or use of any UNiDAYS Platform and Services for business or commercial purposes after any notice of an update to these Verification Terms, you agree to be bound by such updated terms. Any updates or modifications will not apply retroactively and will become effective once they are posted by Us. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop all access or use of Our Platform and Services for business or commercial purposes.
