MANAGING YOUR COMPANY PROFILE

Updating your company name

  1. Log in to your UNiDAYS Platform Manager account.
  2. Navigate to https://manage.myunidays.com/settings/company/edit.
  3. In the ‘Company name’ section, type the new company name.
  4. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.

Adding or updating your company bio

  1. Log in to your UNiDAYS Platform Manager account.
  2. Navigate to https://manage.myunidays.com/settings/company/edit.
  3. In the ‘Company bio’ section, add a brief description of your company. This description appears on your company page in the app, and should help members understand who you are and what you do. Your bio cannot exceed 750 characters.
  4. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.

Adding or updating your header image

  1. Log in to your UNiDAYS Platform Manager account.
  2. Navigate to https://manage.myunidays.com/settings/company/edit.
  3. In the images section, choose ‘Select header image’. 
  4. Select an image from your device that is 1336px w x 794px for best results. Note that uploading images from cloud services such as Google Drive or Dropbox is currently not supported.
  5. Click ‘Open’. If you are uploading a new image, this will replace the existing image. 
  6. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.

Updating your service status

This is where you can enter a short message to let your members know how you are responding to a crisis or special circumstances. Keep it brief and link to more precise details. 

You can update this under My Program, and when updated it will live above your benefits on your brand page.

Adding or updating your company’s category listing

  1. Log in to your UNiDAYS Platform Manager account.
  2. Navigate to https://manage.myunidays.com/settings/company/edit.
  3. In the ‘Categories’ section, select a maximum of two categories that best describe your company. If you are updating your existing category listing, uncheck the category you are changing first, then select the new category.
  4. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page to confirm your changes.

Previewing how your company profile appears in the app

  1. Download the UNiDAYS app from the AppStore if using iOS or Google Play if on Android.
  2. Load the app. When you are asked to verify your student details, click skip.
  3. You will then be able to preview your content as it appears in the app. You will not be able to view or redeem benefits, as these are only available to verified students.
