Nottingham UK, May 2018
UNiDAYS, the world's leading Student Affinity Network, was awarded the accolade of Company of the Year 2018 at the Nottingham Post Business Awards last week.
The annual business awards hosted by The Nottingham Post recognises the outstanding work and contribution of local companies from all sectors.
Competition was fierce with almost 150 nominations, which was then whittled down to 40 finalists in 14 different categories to represent the very best the region has to offer, from innovative new technologies to marketing to construction.
Company of the Year was the headline award and a huge win for the Nottingham based company. It comes at an exciting time for UNiDAYS who have also recently picked up awards for Entrepreneur of the Year and Female Executive of the Year.
Andrew Bullock, CTO at UNIDAYS said: "It's a real achievement to win. We were nominated for the same award a few years back and were just pipped to the post. We've been working hard since and are really proud to win it this year.”
“We, the founders, are all local boys and girls and are really proud of the area. We're hoping to expand massively over the next year and are working hard to promote growth in Nottingham."
Headquartered on Castle Boulevard and with offices in London, New York and Sydney, UNiDAYS also recently ranked in top place in the annual Sunday Times Lloyds SME Export Track 100 based on its international sales growth.
Its impressive student affinity network also boasts 10 million verified student members across 114 countries. The UNiDAYS app also has four million app downloads.
UNiDAYS is a big employer in Nottingham, with plans to increase its workforce of 144 in its current Nottingham office to 250 over the next few years.
